  • Energy Healing is a modality that helps you reconnect to your inner source of vibrancy and life force, making it available to shift physical, emotional, and mental dysregulation to health and well-being.

  • It is recommended that you start with the Intuitive Energy Healing session if you are new to my practice or Energy Healing. This will give us a comprehensive baseline and we can access a plan from there. Each session is individualized to your needs, meeting you where you are at with the most supportive techniques and Energy Healing modalities.

  • In studio: We will do a thorough consultation to access the root of you desire and intention for your healing that day. You will then shift fully clothed to a massage table where we will do some relaxation techniques and begin the Energy Healing session. There will be light touch hand placements to transfer the energy. The session can be performed with above hands healing if preferred. This will last 45-55 minutes. We will the go through the session to share what has released and shifted and how to integrate the healing with home practices. The session in full is 90 minutes.

    Remote Session: These will follow the same format with you via phone or Zoom. You will lay down and relax to receive the healing and we will connect for a review once it is completed. It is recommended that have dedicated time in a distraction free place for your session.

  • You may want to consider your intention and how I can support you. Please make sure you are well nourished and hydrated. You can bring a water bottle, as we have a water refill station in the waiting area. Please dress for your maximum comfort.

    If you are getting an Akashic Record reading, please use the preparation resource sheet to formulate some thoughts and inquiries.

  • Healing is not a one and done event rather a process and journey. Once We have your initial intake and session, I can make a recommendation on cadence.
